Subscription Details
An all-inclusive monthly subscription provides smooth operational budgeting for your organization along with great services provided by Five Talent Software. Subscription includes:
Technical Support - unlimited email and online technical support, two technical phone support tickets per month, FAQs, and Interactive Help with Video Tutorials.
Up to 10 system users with additional users offered at $25/mo. for groups of 5.
Automatic software updates
Initial training session with your organization
Unlimited custom reports through the software and two custom reports per year generated by Five Talent Software
Training
We offer several training options to ensure you receive the right mix of hands-on assistance and self-directed learning. Our first step is delivering highly usable and intuitive software and then combining that with multiple training choices. This flexibility can come in handy with new volunteers and staff coming on board while also being available for a refresh on the software.
Self Directed Training - Free! This option also includes the initial training session as part of your subscription along with user guides and integrated Help.
Online Training - $50/hour for 1-on-1 training; $80/hour for up to 5 people. Custom training sessions for your entire organization are available for targeted training in certain areas of the software or for additional advanced training when getting started. The agenda can be pre-determined ensuring you get the exact coverage you want, or we can perform in-depth reviews of all parts of the software.
Onsite Training and Setup - local onsite implementation and training is available upon request for $550/day plus travel expenses.
Data Conversion and Migration
No conversion – Free
Five Talent Generic Data Import – $200
A standard file format is provided to you for mapping data from your previous system to Five Talent NonProfit. Five Talent Software performs the migration.
From standard Donor Management data sources - $325
Five Talent performs the data mapping and conversion
Custom data conversion from non-standard sources - $700
